Proposal-3

To organize a public and scientific independent control of prescribed burning industry in each country where it is used.

The public scientific independent control of the entire sphere of prescribed burning is necessary since this sphere is an activity that carries serious negative consequences for the planet's biodiversity, the state of natural ecosystems (including protected natural areas), climate, soils, natural waters, public health and the economy. Now the entire sphere of prescribed burning is implemented secretly from the people and is almost entirely given to the decision of the technical personnel of the burning industry, fire departments and officials (that is, people who are far from science). Most citizens of the countries where prescribed burnings are used do not even know about the existence of such a practice in their country.

The task of public and scientific control of the prescribed burning industry can be taken by scientific institutes, universities, and public environmental organizations.
